I wasn’t always living the grounded life I teach today.
For years, my mind was everywhere except the present. I was either replaying the past or rushing toward a future that never seemed to arrive. I ignored my intuition, pushed through exhaustion, and lived in a constant state of quiet urgency — never fully at peace, never fully HERE.

Mindfulness became the doorway back to myself. It taught me to slow down, to listen inward, and to build a life that feels calm, intentional, and truly mine.
